How is our apparel printed?
Our Happy for Keeps apparel is printed using a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing method. The garment is laid flat and a large printer prints the design directly onto the fabric. DTG inks are eco-friendly and water-based They feel very soft and smooth on the shirt /apparel.
Why does the ink on the shirt smell like vinegar out of the package?
When you order a Happy for Keeps t-shirt or other garment, it may smell a little like vinegar. This is the DTG ink reacting with the fabric and so a slight odor may exist. Don't worry! The smell goes away completely after the first wash.
Only part of my order arrived. Where is the balance of my items?
Each item sold may have different shipping times, but usually they will ship a day or 2 apart.
